- Practically form and run a team in order to complete a challenge
ABOUT THE COURSE
Learners will discover that team work is fundamental to success in today’s workplace
and society. They will learn that there are a number of crucial roles needed to make
up an effective team and they will determine what their own preferred role will be.
This will immediately be put into practice using an exercise focused around
teamwork.
